A Brief Description of the work we do, in a Turnkey Project Execution
Site Assessment: We will first get the Site Survey done, along with preparing the Topography Plan, carrying out the Soil and Water Tests and also working out the most optimum land usage possible, based on the available FSI, as per DCR/ Local guidelines.
Concept Plan: It is based on the detailed Site Assessment carried out that our Design Team is able to start preparation of the Concept Plan for the Hospital. This Plan will show the Floor-wise, most optimum distribution of all Departments, IP and OP, with dimensions, in compliance with the NABH requirements.
Approval Process: Once the Concept Plan is approved by you, the Structural Drawings are prepared for Submission to Local Authority for Approval for Construction. These Drawings are submitted Online for Approval as per Government Guidelines- both Architectural & Structural.
Our Team will address any online queries raised on the Application, after scrutiny of Drawings by the Govt Department. This may require fresh uploading of documents as requested and after satisfactorily addressing all queries, facilitate the payments to be made and get the Site visit done by the Town Planning Officer. After all Approvals obtained downloading the final Planning Permit and Drawings, for forwarding as needed to Local bodies, for Construction to commence.
Civil Design Works: This starts immediately after the Local Body gives approval for construction to commence. These detailed Civil Designs include the Good for Construction Drawings with the Foundation & Columns, Land filling, Plinth, Roof Slabs, Exterior Brick works with Plastering, Staircase, Lift well, Headroom & Shafts, Underground Sumps and Overhead Tanks, Compound wall, Borewell, Water proofing & Pest Control works.
MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) Design Works: These are next and includes the setting up the HT Panel, Transformer, DG, UPS etc., HVAC Systems with Ducts, Air Handling Units, Lighting, Plumbing, Sanitary Fittings, STP, ETP, WTP / RO Plants, Pumps, Fire Fighting Systems & Alarms and Medical Gas Pipelines.
Interior Design Works: The Interiors covers right from first understanding the look & feel you would like for the Hospital and then preparing various 3D Views of the same along with the various material options and based on your approval, supply, install and commission the same. This will include the Clinical and Office related Furniture too.
Facade and other Exterior Works: are taken up next, covering the Building Façade works, Exteriors, Signages and all Campus related Setback finishing works.
